The goal of Innovation, and the key to rapid business growth, is figuring out how to develop, and successfully deliver upon (execute), exponential new customer value. New customer value is the secret sauce that allows a company to effectively differentiate in its existing market place and gain a strategic entry point to new market places. Referred to in contemporary literature as the “Value Innovation Process”, “Blue Ocean Strategy”, “Payback”, “Disruptive Innovation”, etc., in Business Innovation Group’s opinion, based upon our practical implementation of the principals contained in this literature, the Innovation Process is made up of 6 essential stages, all of which much be addressed in order to successfully achieve rapid business growth.
